GambleAware offers free, confidential support in Great Britain 24/7, and tools on its site: a self-assessment, a spend calculator and blocking and self-exclusion tools.
Take a break from every site at once
GAMSTOP is a free service that blocks your access to accounts on gambling websites and apps. Every online gambling company licensed in Great Britain must take part, so one registration covers all of them, including every site on this one. GAMSTOP's site says you can extend your registration from your account.
